1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Offered

Dezign Plex provides digital services including but not limited to:

• Website Design & Development

• App Design & Development

• UI/UX Design

• Logo & Brand Identity Design

• Product & MVP Development

  
  

The exact scope of work will be defined and mutually agreed upon before the project begins.

3. Project Scope & Revisions

Each project includes a defined scope, timeline, and number of revisions as agreed during onboarding.

• Any work outside the agreed scope will be treated as additional work.

• Additional changes may result in revised timelines and pricing.

• Client approvals are required at key stages to proceed.

  
  

4. Payments & Billing

• All payments must be made as per the agreed milestone structure.

• Work begins only after the initial payment is received.

• Delayed payments may pause project progress.

• All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

  
  

5. Ownership & Intellectual Property

• All design files, code, and deliverables remain the property of Dezign Plex until full payment is received.

• Once payment is completed, ownership of final approved deliverables is transferred to the client.

• Dezign Plex retains the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

  
  

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and timely information.

• Review and approve work within agreed timelines.

• Ensure all provided content (text, images, logos) is legally owned or licensed.

  
  

Delays in communication may impact delivery timelines.

7. Confidentiality

We treat all client information, data, and project materials as confidential and will not disclose them without permission unless legally required.

8. Third-Party Tools & Services

Some projects may involve third-party tools, plugins, or platforms. Dezign Plex is not responsible for changes, outages, or pricing updates from third-party providers.

9. Limitation of Liability

Dezign Plex is not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages

• Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities

• Issues arising from third-party tools or hosting services

  
  

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the project with written notice. Work completed up to the termination date must be paid for.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable local laws.
